DMV HOURS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-5PM. WE ARE NOT OPEN SATURDAYS. Due to high demand, same-day appointments for DMV and Collections services are being filled by 9AM. The line management system opens at 7:55AM at www.grandview.org/qless. You must have an appointment to get inside City Hall. All visitors must wear a mask and undergo temperature checks.
